I put in the wrong name or delivery address. Can I change it?

Provided your order has not yet shipped, we will be happy to make this update for you. Please email us at store@makesomenoise.com and we will confirm once this has been updated. (Our emails are monitored between 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday and we'll aim to get back to you within two working days. Please note this may be longer during busier periods.)

How much money is donated to charity?

All the profits are gifted to the charity Global’s Make Some Noise. We sell products through our Trading company, Global Charities (Trading). It is 100% owned by Global Charities and all profits are gifted to the charity, enabling it to support small charities.

What delivery do you use?

We use Royal Mail to dispatch our UK orders and postage and packing is FREE for UK customers. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout for international orders. We deliver to addresses within the zones listed here (covering the UK, Europe and World Zones 1 and 2). Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to countries other than those listed above. International shipping rates differ and will be added during checkout.

When will my pre-order arrive?

Your expected delivery date is listed in the description of the item and will also appear at the bottom of your email receipt. 

What is your refund policy?

We hope that you are happy with your order however we understand that things may not always be right for you. Please check our returns & refund policy to find out more.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to send out all products within 1-3 working days.
